Occasionally I undertake Bespoke projects for clients who require something special to fit exactly into their home.

One such project was a Bar Unit made from two Whisky Barrel halves with a 50mm solid oak top.

The 4-leg cruciform shaped base supports 4 short arms that in turn support a top made by insetting yew planks into a 4 oak 'stave' frame.

The top measures 1080 x 600mm and the whole table stands 400mm high.
